How do I sign in or join my team?
Sign in with your email and the six-digit code sent to your inbox. Use the email your owner approved in Team. New teammates can create an account with that address.
My email code has not arrived.
Check the email address, inbox, and spam folder. Wait for the resend timer, then request a new code and use the most recent email. If you see “too many attempts,” wait a minute before trying again. Never send your code to support.
I’m signed in, but I cannot see the projects.
Your workspace owner needs to add your exact email in Team. If access was removed, the owner can restore it. The Mac, Windows, mobile, and browser experiences use the same shared workspace; sign in separately on each device.
Where do I download the app?
Open Get the app and choose a download available for your device. You can always use the browser version. The shared workspace requires an internet connection.
How do I delete my account or transfer ownership?
Open Your account and verify your email if asked. If teammates still use the workspace, its last owner must first transfer ownership to an approved teammate who has signed in. If you are the only active member, you can close the workspace and delete its records and files, normally within 48 hours. Export anything you need first. Individual account deletion preserves the team’s shared business records. Read Privacy for the details.
How do calculations become a building model?
Complete the member module’s inputs, then use Render in 3D model. The app can create and link missing components. Review component positions and dimensions in the building model. Engineering checks and model illustrations are different: a model is not proof that a design passes.
Can I try it before joining a team?
Open the sample workspace. It uses example information and stays separate from your team’s real work.
